Is TEAM PHOTOSPORTZ looking to sponsor additional athletes? As of July 2008, we are still accepting applications for consideration of martial artists who have exceptional skill and ability to be part of TEAM PHOTOSPORTZ!
Athletes have to be extraordinary in their core martial arts, and have mastered at least some basic, XMA (extreme martial arts) tricks to be considered. We're looking to evolve TEAM PHOTOSPORTZ into a self-sufficient, sharp, dominant competitive team, so only the most promising athletes will make the grade!

Once you're part of the team, we will expect you to continue to advance in your core martial arts discipline, while at the same time you'll train with the team to improve and expand upon your XMA tricks. We provide in-house training and also hire outside XMA experts for the team. All of this training is designed not to replace or supplant your regular martial arts schooling, but rather to enhance it with techniques and moves that are unique to the XMA world and not part of routine martial arts teachings.

What are TEAM PHOTOSPORTZ's general goals and objectives? Our goals and objectives are:

To produce an amazing, highly comepetitive XMA team that can compete in regional and national events, dominating all divisions in which they participate;
In doing so advertise the team's availability for hire, to teach what they know and have learned to others, through seminars given at martial arts schools, at events, or to individual students who wish to improve their traditional forms, or "pump up" their creative form with astounding acrobatics and ideas;
To promote the sponsor's, PhotoSportz.com's, sports photography services specifically for martial arts tournaments, as well as all other sports events, team photos, and more by being the showcase for the company;
To return something tangible back to the community by investing in and encouraging today's youth to be a force for good in the world by putting their focus and energy into sports, and the philosophies associated with it— respect for others, the value of teamwork, personal goal-setting and the achievements it brings, and long-lasting friendship; and
To have fun doing it all!

Where is TEAM PHOTOSPORTZ based? Do I need to live near there to be on the team? Our headquarters is based at the offices of PhotoSportz.com in Enfield, CT USA. You do not need to live in the Enfield CT area to be part of the team, but you do need to live within the general region (Northeast or Mid-Atlantic USA) so that you may attend practices and events with a minimum of travel and expense.
